Parents
Parental Involvement
We see our role as a shared process with you the parents/carers.
As parents/carers you are welcome to visit and discuss any aspect of your
Child's progress at any time. Any concerns or questions you may have are
gladly received. All our policies and procedures for the Club are available
to view at any time.
Settling In
We understand how difficult it is to leave your child with us for the
first time. Our priority is to help you and your family feel welcome and
relaxed.
Sickness
If your child should be taken ill throughout the evening they will be
carefully monitored, their temperature may be taken and a telephone call
made relaying full details to either parent/carer. If your child shows
any signs of infectious disease or virus (e.g. diarrhoea and sickness)
the parent/carer will be informed immediately. Any child with an infectious
disease should be collected to prevent the spread of infection throughout
the children.
