Absentees & Late Collection

Absentees

Parents/Carers are requested to inform the Club staff at the earliest opportunity that their child/children will not be attending when expected. This will prevent any unnecessary delay in escorting the school group to the Club; any delay is unfair on the other children, particularly in bad weather.

Late Collection

In the event that the Parent/Carer is not able to collect their child/children for any reason by 1800 then they are requested to contact the Club staff at the earliest opportunity, and arrange for their child/children to be collected by an alternative carer informing the Club staff of the person’s details. Alternatively, with the respective child’s parent’s/carer’s written permission, arrangements can be made for collection at the local Community Centre (situated next door to the Club).

If an alternative collection can not be arranged the Club will charge an additional £5.00 per child for the staff inconvenience and inconvenience to other Club users. Please note that The Club does not have liability insurance for your child/children after 1800.
